公司所拥有的3D打印壳模技术，能够对于特殊结构工件的快速成型制作，属于国内首创。在工艺生产制成方面我们拥有：全自动沾浆制壳工艺，能够保型壳的一致性，工业机器人手臂、真空熔炼炉、CNC数控机床、真空干燥机、金相分析仪、三次元，二次元，投影仪，德国spectro光谱分析仪等设备配备，能够保证客户的要求品质。我们的真空浇铸设备能够完成对高温合金，特殊合金的生产浇铸。本着持续创新的经营理念公司有着一支完善的开发工程团队并与国内多所高校进行合作。

公司创始人吴政宽先生，于1985年在台湾协准公司开始精密铸造事业，至今已有30多年的硅溶胶脱蜡精密铸造工艺经验。产品主要应用于：汽车零件，油田器材，机械配件，气动、电动、手动工具及建筑五金，工艺饰品等，主要产品材质有：奥氏体300系锈钢、马氏体400系不锈钢、析出硬化型不锈钢、镍基合金、双向钢、钴基合金、低碳合金钢系、高碳合金钢系、工具钢系、耐热钢等等。欢迎OEM方式承接来图来样加工，並按用要求提供户铸件或铸后加工服务，铸件表面粗度均勻。可以按照客户要求提供成品组装服务。

The transportation is convenient and developed, 30 kilometers away from Lianyungang Huaguoshan International Airport, 40 kilometers away from Huai'an Lianshui Airport, and only 1 kilometer away from the high-speed railway Guannan Station. Lida Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Yucheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. The company has a construction area of 20,000 square meters, more than 200 employees, an annual production of 15 million parts, and a total investment of 120 million yuan.
Being the pioneering lost wax casting foundry in China to develop 3D shell mold prototype technology, we possess the capability to rapidly prototype intricate parts using this advanced technology. In terms of production processes, we employ cutting-edge equipment such as automatic dipping shell making processes, industrial robot arms, vacuum melting furnaces, CNC numerical control machines, vacuum dryers, metallographic analyzers, three-dimensional and two-dimensional measuring machine, projectors, as well as a German spectro spectrum analyzer. This extensive equipment setup ensures that we meet the stringent quality requirements of our customers. Furthermore, our vacuum casting furnace enables us to produce and cast super high alloys and special alloys.

 Mr. Wu Zhengkuan, the founder of the company, started the precision casting business in Taiwan Xiezhun Company in 1985. He has more than 30 years of experience in silica sol lost wax precision casting technology. The products are mainly used in: auto parts, oil field equipment, mechanical parts, pneumatic, electric, hand tools and construction hardware, craft jewelry, etc. The main product materials are: austenitic 300 series stainless steel, martensitic 400 series stainless steel, precipitation hardening Type stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, two-way steel, cobalt-based alloy, low-carbon alloy steel, high-carbon alloy steel, tool steel, heat-resistant steel, etc.
OEM is welcome to undertake drawing and sample processing, and provide household castings or post-casting processing services according to customer requirements, and the surface roughness of castings is uniform. Finished product assembly services can be provided according to customer requirements.
